Overview:
Supported the launch of a new 16-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Contributed to workflow development, staffing models, and custom documentation systems. In the absence of an EHR, collaborated with the Recreation Therapist to create a paper based charting template to improve documentation consistency and compliance.
