Overview:
Led the start-up of a new behavioral health program funded by NorthBay Regional Center, serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Oversaw early operational planning, workflow development, and service delivery models. Supported the creation of internal documentation standards aligned with California DDS billing and reporting requirements.
Operated as the designated SuperUser for the NextGen EHR, conducting hands-on staff training, resolving front end user issues, and customizing templates in alignment with DDS service reporting requirements.
