Partnership HealthPlan – Program Management & Accreditation Strategy

Role: Program Manager

Led accreditation and compliance efforts across departments, aligning policies, workflows, and deliverables to evolving NCQA standards.

Team Size: 6

Overview:

Led and supported multiple accreditation and operational readiness initiatives across key departments including Utilization Management (UM), Pharmacy (Rx), Care Coordination (CC), and Grievance & Appeals (G&A). Served as a central point of coordination for NCQA standards compliance, mock file review planning, and documentation standardization. Developed a full start-to-finish mock file review timeline to support internal audit readiness and interdepartmental collaboration.

Provided project leadership for several cross-functional initiatives such as aligning UM policies to updated NCQA standards, building comparison crosswalks between 2025 and proposed 2026 standards, supporting system migration efforts (e.g., Jiva), and managing workbook submissions to meet accreditation deadlines. Engaged with external consultants, DHCS, NCQA, and peer health plans to ensure both strategic alignment and technical execution.

Also supported Jiva system transition readiness by ensuring departmental alignment with NCQA documentation requirements. Led efforts to confirm that internal processes, templates, and audit tools reflected Jiva-based workflows and maintained compliance for accreditation deliverables.
